The event will be on March 3rd at the Meridian House in Washington, DC. Discounted tickets for the Green and White Gala will be on sale starting Monday, January 9th.
The prices are as follows:
$100 for Young Alumni (graduated in '06 to '11)
$115 for MSUAA tickets
$150 for VIP Reception tickets
$125 for General Admission
Prices will increase after February 17th. Tickets are limited so make sure you buy them early at http://bit.ly/greenandwhitegala. Special Young Alumni pricing will be limited to the first 50 tickets purchased.The VIP tickets will include an intimate reception with a distinguished alumni speaker. The VIP reception will begin at 6:00pm and general admission will follow at 6:30pm.

Green and White Gala

The Green and White Gala is the annual fundraising event for Michigan State University Alumni living inthe greater Washington, DC area. The goals for this event are to raise money for the Betty Mitchell Colden Endowed Scholarship Fund, to promote the Spartan Spirit within the Washington DC MSU Alumni community and to honor a distinguished alumnus living in the greater Washington, DC area.
The First Annual Green and White Gala occurred on April 9th, 2011 at the Ronald Reagan building and honored current House Sergeant at Arms, Bill Livingood. President emeritus Peter McPherson spoke and special guests, such as Sparty, Tim Bograkos and many others attended. You can see photos of the events here.
This year the Second Annual Green and White Gala will occur on March 3rd at the Meridian International House. Tickets will go on sale after the first of the new year. Can’t wait to see you there!
